This confirmation is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact info@cristinafashion.com in case there is a problem with your order. Please check the “spam” or “junk” folder in your mailbox before contacting us, in case the order confirmation has been redirected there.
As a general rule, we only cancel orders in the event of a stock issue or if you have asked us to cancel your order. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled due to a problem on our part. We will always offer you another product and proceed with a full refund of your order as soon as possible.
Once your order is placed we will process the order within 1-3 business days.
After processing the order we ship the package to you. The delivery times are between 5 and 10 business days on average. If delivery takes longer than expected, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cristinafashion.com
There is only a short time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us immediately after placing your order via info@cristinafashion.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it is processed. Otherwise, we will ship your order and you can return it to us if you wish after receiving it.
We strive to process refunds within three days of receiving the returned item. However, please note that your bank may take several days to credit the payment to your account. In this case, please allow up to ten business days after returning the item before contacting us about your refund. We will contact you by email to inform you when your refund has been processed.
You can simply stick to your usual size. If you still have doubts we suggest to choose one size up from your usual size
